The Big Bang Theory: Complete Seasons 1 & 2 now in Blu-ray Combo Packs!

The Big Bang Theory had been on for like 3 seasons before I got into it.  I can't remember off the top of my head what station it's even on (DVR takes care of that for me) but I'm thinking it's one I don't watch much of, so I never gave it a shot.  Then someone (can't even remember who) had me watch the first season and after that I was hooked!  You've got your nerd humor and your non-nerd humor.  I love nerd humor and Sheldon is by far my favorite!!!  I wish he were my brother or cousin that lived with me.  (I mean that for Jim Parsons too, not just his character!)

Anyway, in case you are unfamiliar (which you should really familiarize yourself), TBBT is about these two scientist guys who live together in an apartment.  This "hot" girls named Penny moves in across the hall.  Leonard then has an off again/on again relationship with her, which makes the fact that Penny is not the brightest bulb quite the interesting dichotomy when she hangs out with Leonard, Sheldon and their two equally nerdy friends.  Good times ensue.

One of those friends is Howard. Howard’s mom is a character we frequently hear, but never actually see. What do you think Howard’s mother actually looks like? Would you ever want to see her? Why do you think the writers decided to keep her character hidden?

I actually thought that Howard's mom was voiced by Cathy Moriarty because it sounds just like her, but it isn't.  I googled who it was once, can't recall her name, but it wasn't CM.  So, I had kinda pictured the voice being as her, but much heavier because Howard implies that she is.  I don't think I would want to see her because it ruins the picture I've had in my imagination.  I think that's why the writers have kept her hidden as well.  We can imagine the most horrific image possible, but if they show us we will probably be disappointed.

What do you think?
