Yo Gabba Gabba: Birthday Boogie DVD Review

If you're not familiar with Yo Gabba Gabba, you either don't have small children or you're missing out on some crazy fun! At first after seeing clips on "The Soup," I was astounded by the insanity. But, then we started watching it on Nickelodeon and my kids became hooked. I LOVED the moral values and lessons they were teaching and I'll admit the songs are pretty darn catchy! My two year old can tell me all the names of the characters, which is a greater feat than I have accomplished!

Birthday Boogie is a new DVD which features four episodes. In Birthday, Brobee thinks everyone has forgotten about his birthday and sings songs with DJ Lance while he remembers birthdays of the past. But, of course his friends would never forget his birthday! In fact, they surprised him with a huge birthday bash.

Family Time Factor: As I mentioned, the songs are pretty catch and I love what it teaches, so I find this to be tolerable to watch or listen to as a parent. It is a little preschoolish, so I don't think it would interest kids much older than 8.

MOTR Grade: A

Yo Gabba Gabba: Birthday Boogie releases on DVD February 2nd!!!
