Stand By Her: A Breast Cancer Guide for Men Book Review & Giveaway ***CLOSED***

John W. Anderson, an Emmy-nominated director for Lifetime Television's "Stop Breast Cancer for Life" campaign has authored a guide for men that helps them learn how to cope with the women in their life having breast cancer. John himself has helped his mother, sister, wife and close friends battle with the disease. Women need the men in their life to support them during this scary time.

Stand By Her features chapters that take men through each phase of a woman's struggle, from learning the diagnosis to going into remission to being cancer free for five years. It is extremely caring and genuine and an excellent opportunity for men to learn how to help.

I think this book is wonderful! It is important for men to hear from other men about how to cope, how to help and how to fight breast cancer. It can be extremely scary and frustrating, but I'm so happy that John W. Anderson has put together this great book for other men going through the same thing.
