A Bug's Life Blu-Ray Review

One of my favorite Disney movies has just been released on Blu-Ray!

A Bug's Life is the charming story about Flik, an ant who aspires to be more than just one of the legions of workers that lives a mundane existence. His inventions and lack of conformity is alarming and frustrating to his fellow ants. Upon collecting an offering for the mean grasshoppers, the other ants wait for them to come, get there food and then leave. Unfortunately, Flik has inadvertently knocked all of the grains and food into a puddle, making them useless.

After the grasshoppers come and pass on their threats, the ant community is in an uproar about what to do. Flik offers to go get help. He stumbles upon a group of bugs that he mistakes for workers, but really they are circus performers.

Laughter and good times along with crazy mishaps ensue as this awkward bunch tries to save Flik's friends and his lifelong love from the evil grasshoppers!

As I mentioned, I have always loved A Bug's Life! It is cute and fun and has lots of great voice talents such as Dave Foley, Julia Louis Dreyfuss and David Hyde Pierce.

Family Time Factor
: This is definitely one that the whole family can enjoy! I think it spans all ages.
