  14. I got a Wii fit for my birthday, and plan to use it to get in better shape. I also like to know what we are eating and use fresh, good ingredients. Butter instead of margarine, real sugar, etc.

  19. I have cut almost completely back on take out restaurant foods. I am trying to eat healthier and no snacking after 8pm.
    Exercise is hard but I just got a new exercise yoga/pilates tape so I will be giving that a try.

  36. I do 15 minutes 2x a day on the eliptical machine at work. That's the only way I can squeeze in my workout! It also clears my head and eases my stress.

  40. We have a new pup in our family and live beside a park. I can no longer make excuses not to walk. I do it every single day now after I bring my son to school. I also sometimes take off walking and meet my husband on the road on his way home from work. I like a challenge so I leave at the same time every day and I try to make it further than the day/week before he picks me up. Having a terrible back the walking has truly helped....it has also helped me with my acid reflex.

I've already started on my healthy new me in 2009: I'm taking a weekly yoga class, I'm lifting weights twice a week, I am doing cardio four times a week, I've added vitamin D to my daily supplements, I'm eating yogurt daily to help with my digestive system, and the hardest thing? I'm trying to get eight hours of sleep every night!
